I survived well. Cut open my knee and broke two metacarples in my left hand. Other than that, only brusing. But now that I'm "healed" my back is acting up. They think is is from the accident where I may have favored my right side too long. Other than those 2 things. I'm good. Oz

Hey; I was in a head on collision on my motorcycle. I was rear ended and fred into oncoming traffic. Went head first into a van at a combined speed of about 70 - 80 mph.

Hey Jen; Recovery is OK. Though different. The actual injury is healed, but my wrist and pinky (which never broke) are giving me problems. So needless to say I'm not much in the mood for lifting anymore. All the best. Oz

Hey Amy; True. Got Lucky for sure. However, since the combined impact was about 80 mph I'm being compared to a baby moose ;). The only real kicker is that I can't really wok out. I'm back but I can only grip about a 50 lb DB. Not good when I'm use to using something a little heavier. But it's slowly coming around. All the best. Oz
