greetings Hi Maggie, I noticed one of your goals is to add size to your outer quad. I've been trying desperately to accomplish that and just can't get there. I'm a 5'1" female about 134 lbs. I've had tons of trainers, mostly focusing on heavy weight training. I tend to grow going forward, not growing "out" to the sides. Have you found something that works for you? Mar 12, 2010 11:10am

Arcoiris74 Hello Maggie; I just joined this site. Any recommendations for supplements that you think are really worth while? My wife and I go to the gym, on and off lately because we've gotten lazy. Starting up again and looking for good advice on supplements..any of which curb cravings. Great photo by the way...hope to see a bodybuilding show here in south florida in future.
