ok, I started to get serious AGAIN..I know...I know..I have said that before...Im doing cardio almost every day for 30-45 minutes...and some exercises..but I really have to stay focused on the ABS area..I have no abs right now and I feel horrible...I want to love my "belly" again!!!!...

So far so good. Ive lost 35lbs, but im just having trouble putting on muscle i guess it takes a little bit of time. I just gotta stay focus.
