I've been digesting the carb cycling diet. How do you find the time to eat six times a day? Do you prepare food ahead and package it for later eating nd and eat it cold, etc. It looks like with your system awash in protein that the muscular gains will really come if your training hard in, like, a five day split routine like I am.
