How I Started:
Originally started to shed a few extra pounds and upkeep a slightly more fit self.
Why I Love It:
Now I love before, during, and after. I love the research that goes into developing a better workout, the science behind it, the rush during the workout, the extra energy & the physical benefits of course!
How I Stay Motivated:
By constantly changing my workout. Making every week more challenging than the last and pushing myself to do better at the regular activities. (Like running.)
BB Accomplishments:
I've lost a total of 13 lbs now- and am building a much stronger body.

3sets/12reps, usually; weight varies for the exercise. My delts can take quite a bit of abuse so every now and then I try to kill 'em.
