Workout Program:
Routine for May 09

Day 1: Do an AF PT test progress check (time a 1.5 mi run; 1 min. push. ups; 1 min. crunches); shoulders, bi's, tri's
Day 2: 30 min. steady cardio; chest, back
Day 3: 15 min. high intensity cardio (high incline treadmill or stair climber); legs, abs
Day 4: Rest OR Dance class (i.e. Zumba, belly dancing, hip-hop) OR Plyo OR P90X yoga/pilates/stretch
Day 5: 10 min. warm up cardio; shoulder's, bi's, tri's
Day 6: 30 min. steady cardio; chest, back
Day 7: 15 min. high intensity cardio (high incline treadmill or stair climber); legs, abs

*I do the cardio after the weights (but I try to do 10 minutes of very light cardio just to warm up and get my heart going)
*Throughout the week I also teach classes at the fitness center I work at
