What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
eat preworkout meal or whey shake, listen to music, review how much progress I have made, imagine how great of shape if I stick with this for a year.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I have recurring shoulder and knee injuries, have to take a week off from time to time. I assume it is from being fat and out of shape.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improper form, or letting their ego override their common sense.
