Recovering from an illness, in 2006 I weighed 155 lb and was very depressed over how slowly the weight was coming off, but was grateful to be on the mend.

After almost 2 years, I am now at 137. My joints feel the difference in the weight, so does my attitude. I feel so much healthier. I am halfway to my long term goal.

View of the right side. I can see differences in how I am losing fat on each side. They are not perfectly symmetric.

Week 1 - calf development. You can see my calves...need to lose the fat layer, though, and tighten those muscles up a bit more.
