Pretty awesome. Taking food to work really helps. I have to force myself to stop long enough to eat at times, but doing that and unsuring water intake is becoming second nature :) I can't wait to take stock in January and see where I am as far as my goals. I am so excited for you. Can't wait to follow your progress. Have a great weekend!

Awesome. I was reviewing your pics and you are overall very well defined, but I love your abs and arms best. OH! I can't wait to be at that level. Thanks for such wonderful pics. It is great knowing you are on this board :) BTW, loved the family picture. You are truly blessed to have such wonderful motivation. Happy workout!

I loved seeing your pictures and progress. I used to be bulemic and know how hard it can be to overcome something as serious as an eating disorder. I noticed you are again losing. Please stay strong and forge ahead. From your wonderful gains I can see you are up to the task!

Was hard for a bit. Broke my foot and was not healing. Just got out of the boot last week (@18weeks!) and will need shots, but at least no surgery needed. Started back up slowly and happy to be whole. Glad to hear from ya! Can't wait to see your gains :)

Lehigh Acres. Yup. We are definitely Gators fans...makes it tough for our sons here where the Bulldogs rule...will be nice for them to not get dirty looks when they cheer for their team...lol!

Two years for the core measures. I did the prerequisites over a 2-year period and took the accelerated nursing course at Cochise College. I earned my ASN in 2006. Relatively baby nurse...lol...but loving it. The learning curve is amazing. Recently found out I belong in the ER...talk about adrenaline rush!

Good luck in your endeavors. Nursing is the ultimate field for expanding your horizons...the opportunities are limitless. You get bored w/one field of expertise and you can always switch lanes (i.e. m/s to er, pcu to obgyn, etc.). I cannot imagine a more exciting career with more opportunity for growth at this time. I hope you will love what you will be learning. We need so many more in the field.

Going fabulous. Found out I am off today, so able to work out and hang out with my family. I can feel my system responding to the increasing demand from my workouts and it feels just awesome. How is all going w/you? I see you continue w/your great progress. Way to go girl. We need more motivated individuals to join us =)

Tough break. Are you getting steroid shots to decrease inflamation in the area? What are they doing to regain the alignment? Are you wearing a brace in order to keep good posture? It really helps immobilizing the area slightly. That way you can still move and you get the benefit of not reinjuring when doing activities. Keep me posted. Hope you heal soon. It is hard to be on the sidelines waiting to jump back in...been there, done that.

Hey, Brit, great to hear from ya! Sorry to hear you are still on the injured list. When are you going in for approval to weight-train? Keep me posted =)
Over here, feeling my age...lol. Sore knees & hips after a hard soccer game (these teens are bigger than me!) & no sleep. It rocked!

That's rough - hurting yourself - glad to hear you were able to start cardio, at least. Bet you are itching to go at the weights again, though?
Things are good in my end of the woods, just lots of work. Hope to get a day shift someday soon (sigh). Would not change my job for the world, though.
Hope time (or at least April) flies in your neck of the woods.
