Went for an afternoon workout I decided to split my shoulder/back days and my bi/tri/chest days. This afternoon I've got legs and abs. Been doing theĀ M&F ab workout for a couple of weeks. I'm on the 25 minute sessions now with 6 exercises. It's killer but fun. Sick aren't I?
