To have a healthy lifestile without alchohol and unhealthy food.
Goal (Long):
I want to lose the unwanted fat of my body and to show the muscles I train. The main area is my abdominal. I want to gain some muscle as well. But first I wish to shed the fat I have, and it's a lot.. so I think after that I could add some muscle.
