I want to lose the unwanted fat of my body and to show the muscles I train. The main area is my abdominal. I want to gain some muscle as well. But first I wish to shed the fat I have, and it's a lot.. so I think after that I could add some muscle.

Sorry if I have mistakes, but my English is not perfect..

So, I am trying to put some mass for 2,5 months now but nothing really happen.. I am trying to eat a lot but I am staying the same weight. I am around 180 lbs. and not moving much.. I wanted until the end of March to get at least to...
