Overall Goal: After a bad back injury and a separated shoulder, and gaining 25-30 lbs in a year, i am frustrated with myself and Im ready to take my health and body to another level and leave behind the unhealthy self I once was.
Fit Status:
Holy crap this jack3d animal m-stack is crazy im totally feeling all jacked up and cacnt calm down...wow this stuff is awesome!!
I started lifting and working outwhen I joined the navy, although i did lift in highschool while training for my lacrosse team.
Why I Love It:
I love the great feeling after leaving a 2 hr workout session and seeing the trasformation over time of your body. Its a personal sense of satisfaction
How I Stay Motivated:
I just see where there is more potential or issues, and just focus on overall imporvement and not allowing myself to become lazy and overweight like most of the people my age have done

Goal (Long):
I started in may of 09 with taking my diet and lifting seriously. I have been in the gym on and off for years, but was plagued with injuries over the past year which added excess weight and fat, only compounding the issues. Its time to turn it all around. I would like to get to 10% bf and have a 6 pack! jst trying to be healthy and live the healthy lifestyle. Being on here reading everyones stories and seeing the changes they have made, has inspired me to do everything I can to get to my goal.

I do this routine for roughly 2-4 weeks then switch to a few others I have. This is my current routine though. I do days 1 and 2 twice a week and day 3 once a week, and one day of cardio as well. Sunday is a rest day
I have been pretty lucky so far knock on wood. I have a pretty bad back and a pair of bad shoulders that haven't given me too much trouble. I do know what it is like to get knocked down with and injury, it sucks. Last year I had lost about 30 lbs before I ruptured a disk, put it all back on and then some. This time I am taking it easier and listening to my body, I don't want any set backs.
I haven't had too man problems lately. I have run out of time in the day but still have been getting cardio and some weight training in. I didn't lose any weight for about a month, reaganged the diet and started going down again. I should see the 240s next week. This is a big milestone for me personally, I haven't been that low in 9 years. How are things with you, progressing? Thanks for checking, Russ
Oh, when you said old woman, I was thinking somebody in their 60's or 70's. Those are the ladies that always seem to want get handsy. 40's is just 'experienced'
An old lady stalker? Awesome. Does she touch you inappropriately? I've found that old ladies are always touching my arms and chest when they talk to me.
Thanks for the Comments, the 4 am runs and 6pm workouts have been going great. I think I have plataued again, hopefully this time it wont last a month. I am taking 2 weeks off of P90X and just using the home gym to lift weight. I will be tweaking the diet as well to try to get through this. Keep working hard.
