I play basketball and I want to be more fit and stronger for the upcoming season.
Why I Love It:
I have been wanting to get into some type of lifting. It feels so good after you get done with that ultimate work out and the feel you get when you cant go anymore

Knowing that the goal is not that far away.

I just got back in the swing of things and I have been hitting the gym hard. Now, it's all about keeping it up. Yesterday, I had the best shoulder work out in weeks. I know I will be sore but, that's why we do it right?
