Originally started in 2006, but didn't keep the routine. Started back in July to get stronger for football and hoping to compete within the next year.

I over trained my chest and it got to tight so it pulled my right shoulder forward so the bones in my shoulder were grinding together while traping my longheaded bicep inbatween them :( ouch
