How I Started:
Felt I should be in better shape. I quit smoking a few years ago and just put on a few extra pounds.
Why I Love It:
Wakes me up in the morning and I like the way I feel and am starting to look.
How I Stay Motivated:
Hard as hell to stay motivated... the Gym is on the way to my office. I also have a work out buddy for now and thats pretty motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
going to the gym 5 days a week. ( I think I should be bigger at this point)

Getting ready for gym, part of my slump is the lack of supplements. I notice a total change in motivation when I'm not taking them... Im back on... Andro-1, Universal Animal Pak, Omega 3,6,9 and creatine. Nitrotech whey.
