I've always wanted to have a nice body, but I haven't had enough motivation to reach my goals. Some days ago, when i was looking at me in the mirror, I said to myself "you'd better move or you're gonna be a loser for your whole life!". Now i have a plan and i have enough motivation to move forward. It's not only about my body, it's about my life! I am not happy and I'm very insecure. I think that practicing BB and focusing on goals will help me reaching a physical and psychological wellness. I want to reduce my body fat while maintaining my actual body weight.
