I've spent most of my life competing in gymnastics, dance, and track. After high school was over I needed a way to maintain my condition for dancing and to keep active. Lifting weights seemed like the best option and I haven't looked back.
Why I Love It:
I love the way working out makes me look and feel, I always look good in a bikini. I enjoy having muscles because it makes me stand out from other girls and I like doing things they can't.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by setting goals for myself and then challenging myself to achieve them. Seeing the improvements in my physique, getting positive feedback from people who see the changes in my body, it inspires me to focus more and work even harder.
I want to get as fit as I can be and be unbeatable on and off the stage.
Goal (Long):
I want to increase my level of fitness, increase my strength and stamina and improve my endurance. I'm taking some time off from competing for a few months, but I want to be able to completely dominate the competition when I start competing again. I want to effortlessly sustain a high energy level throughout my entire routine, execute the strength elements with absolute ease, and incorporate unique elements that will leave spectators in awe and other competitors speechless- and I want to make it all look like child's play. I will be the fitness champion someday!
Why I like this video: This girl makes doing one armed push-ups look easy, she looks like she could do them all day without breaking a sweat. She totally proves that a girl can be pretty and tough at the same time, no joke!
Ever get that feeling that some people just don't like you. A bunch of us decided to go out and play some touch football. In high school, I was always the first girl picked because I was the "athletic" girl, the one you picked if you wanted to win. Well, 4 years later, I'm still...
I do high intensity cardio for 30 minutes at least 4 times a week. I also lift weights 5 times a week, for about an hour a session, using a 3/1/2/1 on/off split, varying between lifting heavy and light. I prefer using free weights, but I use machines where it's more convenient. I stretch...
Time off is def needed sometimes, otherwise it's too easy to get burnt-out. I'm doing well, just trying to put on some more size before my next comp in the spring. Thank you for the compliment, it def means a lot coming from someone with a physique like yours...wow..for real one of the best muscular feminine physiques I have seen! When do you plan on competing again?
Wow your new avi is great. Your legs look pretty chiseled there! Very cool back drop too, almost looks like the background is either water or wind! I am doing OK, have gotten off my diet past two days as I let work get to me, stress, but keeping up my w/o's and feeling good in that respect. Take care, you look great.
