im right there with you! im justg comin out of a month of depression, bad eating, and no motivation to workout! but im back in the gym & better than ever because of it! i believe in you dont give up! get MAD & channel that energy into some weights!

like water - are you getting enough? vow to only drink water this week and go for a gallon a day. will help cleanse some of the junk you are putting in your body ;)
