How I Started:
My buddy convinced me to start working out for football.
Why I Love It:
Personally, its a high. Going into the gym, getting the pump, watching strength increse and slowly watching your body progress in a positive way is just really special and unique. Also, longevity and good health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I simply get tired of seeing fat on my body. Its a goal setting sport.
BB Accomplishments:
Drop down to 180lbs before this summer and then gradually start putting on mass over next winter. Graduate with a degree in Exercise Science! :)
