I actually don't eat the fruit every 2 anymore it wasn't working. I was gaining weight with all the sugar lol. I am on Atkins now, less than 20g carbs a day and zero sugar. I've lost 3 pounds in 10 days. Still workin out hard, developed runners knee so I'm still not sprinting or biking for a little more. Elipticals for now UAUGH. How's your progress going?

Going good trying something different this week plus snacking on fruit every two hours. It's going pretty good so far I'm finding my abs haha. I can finally see them and have a little more to go. How are your workouts going?
