Was tired of being overweight. Used to weigh 285lb and am down to 218. Year and 7 Months to do it. I was severly overweight for 21 years and did something about it and still going strong.
Why I Love It:
I feel better about myself overall. I'm lighter, better looking ;). Jump higher, faster, and I'm stronger, my endurance is better. Future goals are MMA in 185 Weight class as well as Attending Albuquerque school Apollo College to become certified as a personal trainer.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated simply because I feel way better about my self. I like being able to play any sport. I like that I can run really fast, been out ran by others for 21 years now I can sprint past most of these suckas now haha.
BB Accomplishments:
My favorite of them all is that I can work core for hours and hours with lots of weight. I can do chest flies on the machines with 285lb in three sets of 10.

Goal is to be at 185 pounds to possibly begin MMA training. I began working out and eating better a year and 8 months ago and lost 67 pounds. I weighed 285lb in December of 2007 and now I am currently at 218lb. Nearly all of mu fat is gone from arms, back, neck, face. I HAVE CHEECK BONES!!! and now beginning new phase of working out and am attempting to meet my goal in 8 months.
Just insanely perfect physiqe, visited her website and helps to inspire me on my goal to become a Personal Trainer. I will be moving to another city soon within the year and will begin my classes for my certificaiton. Jamie Eason's body and looks are insanely breathtaking and would like to have a look and body that does the same to others ;)
LOL, from nothing but sugar to no sugar. I have bad knees too, I always say I have old lady knees. The crack soo much. Good here loosing the few lbs I gained and workouts are great. Hope you have a great day! Happy Training :) Amber
Sounds like a good plan, it's great when you find out your abs DO EXIST, lol! Good here, I am starting to see the muscle definition I have been longing for, lol! Workouts have been great and hard, just need to be stricter on that diet! Happy Training: Amber
Thanks for the blog advice. But I think my problem has a lot to do with working 12 hr graveyard shifts and trying to sleep during the day. I take supps before workouts,...its just after four nyts on, Im a bushed baby. But maybe adding a few more carbs to my first meal could help. I'll try it the next few weeks
