TRue about the temptations. I have been doing a good job about just looking at food as fuel (up until yesterday). Looking at it that way kind of make ice cream, pork rinds, and cookie seem like wasted time.

No problem man. If you need any advice let me know, I have access to 2 of the best trainers I have ever known. And one is an MMA fighter so he has workouts for that too. He's an ex navy seal and is a powerlifting badass all in one. And the nicest guy you ever would want to meet.

thanks...i think it's the water. once i started drinking a lot the fat is coming off easier. hope it keeps up...
