Remember: “ God didn't promise you a day without pain, laughter without sorrow or sun without rain. But He did promise you strength for the day, comfort for your tears and a light for the way.”
It is my pleasure to write and to offer support. You are one outstanding individual and I believe that your determination is a major catalyst for many “able bodied” folks to push themselves even harder than they would if they hadn’t met you. You inspire and motivate others by just being you. I wish you much success and look forward to where your journey will take you.
Hey Mad B! Thanks for the add and the lovely kind words. You are an inspiration too, no matter what we have against us our will to strive for better and doing it is what counts. Keep at it, the muscle gain will come :) Leila xoxo
Hi, you asked me how many hrs a day do I train - so I train usually 5 times or 6 times a week, but no longer than 60 minutes clear training + some stretching. When I am in precontest mode I add some cardio, usually 2 hours a day at the end, sometimes more - but it is caused by my slow metabolism :)
