strength is as much about personality as it is about what you can lift. this guy is genuinely nice, and hasnt let his tremendous physique get to his head. i hope that as i get bigger, i can keep a cool a head as this dude
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Inconsistency. I would stick with it for 3 months, then get distracted by school or partying or whatever and take a month off and lose alot of my prior gains.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Believe it or not, chin-ups. Alot of people tout curls as the end-all-be-all of bicep development, but close-grip supinated lat pulldown has yielded me far more rapid results in terms of sheer mass.
My own program involving undulating periodization (Intensity x Rep Range) of Mentzer's Consolidated HIT w/ rest-pause, and high volume (still Mentzer's Consolidated). The cadence is a 3-1-4-1. Lifting once every 5 days on an A/B split:
A) Smith Squats & Underhand Closegrip Lat Pulldown
B)...

That's legit. I trie it for awhile but by the time I finished back my biceps were done. And when chest was over I had no energy for triceps. In thinking about trying chest and biceps and back and triceps instead. Or maybe chest and back and then arms?

get a couple of chicken breast and cut them into about 1 oz strips
get 1/4 cup olive oil 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tbs. minced garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp ground thyme shake it up let it marinate for atleast 30 mins. grill it if you ca or convenction bake at 400 for like 10 minutes

but read about it its on my home-page if u wana make it DISCUSTING like me :P i mix it with Milk And chocolate syroup its alot to sthomach i take digestive enzymes with it. but the recovery time and strentgh man is rediculas now i no wut the feeling of being on half sterorids is :P i give it a 9/10 all i can say is jus take ur regular fast digesting post workout meal first then mutant mass 50 mins later. ( read about it on my page :) ) happy lifting
ehh broo if your trying to gain SOLID Weight i would reccoment looking into a supplement called Mutant mass. dont listen to everything about it it says u will lose fat but thats a lie its a mass gainer:P but ive been taking it i put on 6 pounds in the first month of bulking with it its a 3:1 carb/protein raitio like 176/52 and 1060 calories
Grueling. I'm going to shoot some shots of myself to send into the Wilhelmina/Men's fitness hot body search a week from tomorrow. It is only open to amateurs, no professional models or fitness models. Only regular guys like me. If I can pull this off at age 48 it would really being something. I'm giving it 150%. How's your training going?
