Boy did I slack off last week only 60 body weight squats and 2 sets of fitness band curls the past week. I write this paticular blog to motivate myself while at work.
Goal for Next Monday's out of gym report 140 Body weight squats 5 mixed sets of fitness band exercises.

I hope you critque my work outs!! My thought for the day is...Freak your family out by doing 10 Push Ups every 15 mins while watching TV. You know when a commercial comes "ON". Maybe you are on a schedule for Chest and Arms? If not, go for it!! And keep track of improvised work out stats/post it!
Hey Macylaine, Keep up the hard work. I look forward to seeing your progress and workout routines. Your diet is also of interest. As I'm trying to bulk up with only Whey Protein supplement. I try and eat smart with high carbs and protein. I have to remind myself to buy fresh snack veggies for health benefits.
My favorite food is Seafood, Mexican or Italian cuisine. Well I look forward to at least 24 months of this body building program, then Maintenance.
