When I lived in Venezuela my roommate asked me to run with him and help him work out. He got me hooked.
Why I Love It:
Feel and look better, when I don't I miss the girls turning to get a second look.
How I Stay Motivated:
Fear of fat

When I turned forty, I looked in the mirror and saw a depressed, slopped shouldered fat guy. We had just lost a child to cancer and to cope with the stress I ate and ate and ate. So I decided I had to pull myself out of that pit and the only way was to exercise and eat better. I went from 250 lbs maybe 30% BF to 240 lbs 8% BF. That lifted me more from my depression better than any medication or shrink I'd seen.
