I woke up one day and looked in the mirror and asked myself if this is what I want to look like. I said hell no and started to lift and run and bike and never looked back
Why I Love It:
Working out is my escape from the world. I am at peace with who I am when I lift

OK, if you have ever trained to fight in a ring you would know what I'm talking about when I say wow.  This training is so intense.  I love it.  I sore today and it feels good.  I use to train in my younger years but I got married and had kids etc. etc.  Now I'm back at it and I regret...
