getting near 40 and had to stop the rot
Why I Love It:
always liked a bit of exercise but injured my neck had muscle wastage and its done the trick now love to train again my cousin has been a great help (harkers) on bodyspace
How I Stay Motivated:
need no help with that cant wait for evey session even when ive been unwell it seem to make me better its a cure all thing
BB Accomplishments:
loosing 24lb of lard in 4 months and my shoulders are starting to take shape
my main goal is to be at 10%body fat at 14 stone so its going to be a long hard couple of years but i love the training and the little goals that you reach on the way i need about 20lb over a couple of years so with a good diet and hard training fingers crossed. one thing im not scared of putting the hard work so watch this space....
there are many reasons but mostly for pushing me, training with me always supporting and helping me reach my goals. i would have not began to train if it was nt for your shining light showing me wot can be achived . so many thanks bro

Sorry to hear that Mack. I had tendonitis about 12 months ago, it took ages to heal but I laid off arms for 8 weeks and it fixed itself. Just don't try and force it too early & let it heal mate.
