getting near 40 and had to stop the rot
Why I Love It:
always liked a bit of exercise but injured my neck had muscle wastage and its done the trick now love to train again my cousin has been a great help (harkers) on bodyspace

need no help with that cant wait for evey session even when ive been unwell it seem to make me better its a cure all thing

loosing 24lb of lard in 4 months and my shoulders are starting to take shape

my main goal is to be at 10%body fat at 14 stone so its going to be a long hard couple of years but i love the training and the little goals that you reach on the way i need about 20lb over a couple of years so with a good diet and hard training fingers crossed. one thing im not scared of putting the hard work so watch this space....

hi,yeah we are getting there thats for sure.Will miss the devida and all those gains that come from here lol.Chest was intense ripped it up real good.Shoulders, those rear delt raises are going to make some changes so thats nice.Be good see you friday ,much love.

Sorry to hear that Mack. I had tendonitis about 12 months ago, it took ages to heal but I laid off arms for 8 weeks and it fixed itself. Just don't try and force it too early & let it heal mate. Have a good weekend.

MACK, HEY BUDDY!! THANKS FOR CHECKIN' IN. 4th LIFTING DAY OF ROUTINE (MWF ONLY) NOT USED TO ONLY LIFTING 3 DAYS A WEEK, BUT YOU DO WHOLE BODY VERY INTENSELY NEVER DUPLICATING EXERCISE IN ONE WEEK.
