I started lifting weights to help me in sports. Then one day I looked in the mirror and noticed I had grown and it felt great! So I kept going.
Why I Love It:
Working out helps my sense of well being and happiness. And the feeling of being so pumped that your skin wants to rip is the greatest feeling in the world!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and see that I have a long ways to go! Then I want to go straight to the gym and work on it!
BB Accomplishments:
I havent competed in bodybuilding yet, but am planning on doing a show next April. I have competed as a professional strongman, and an All-American in powerlifting, freestyle wrestling, and greco roman wrestling.

Yeah, I know what you mean about becoming a lifestyle and I was there once so I'm sure I can get there again. Competition - well, I don't know if that's ever going to be in the cards for me. But, I'll be interested to hear how you do in April. Sounds like a long way off now, but it will come pretty quick!
Thanks for the compliment, you just made my day. But, I've never competed though I know guys who have. I don't seem to have the dedication to really get in that kind of shape. But, who knows what the future brings? I would like to see my abs someday. I don't work out like I used to but am really trying to get back into it hard. I think you show a lot of potential, btw, and I bet your first show will start you on a long successful competitive career. Keep up the great work!
I keep coming back to your page and never leave a comment - that might be annoying, so just a note to say great job. Looks like you'll do well when you decide to compete. Keep up the great work!
My next show is next year Debbie Kruck Classic and Florida State National Qualifer in August 2009. My goal is to qualify for the Arnold. My plan of attck to get a top 3 placing is a new two piece, come in even tighter, continue to work on size for me upper and bring up my hamstrings more.
I didn't place at the Tampa Bay Classic, but I did place in the top 5 at the Mid-Florida Classic. Now it time for good eats and for a well needed rest before going back to the gym to hit the weights hard! I hope you had a good weekend!
