i want to drop a good amount of weight (70 lbs-ish.) i've always been the big girl to whom people would say, "you have such a pretty face. if you would just lose some weight you'd be gorgeous!" i love clothes, and i want to be able to fit into the things i really love. i've had lower back pain for the last few years and exercise is critical to controlling that/strengthening the area.
most of all my cardio/cancer/diabetes genes are pretty horrific. it seems now is the time to make the changes necessary to properly combat them.
Why I Love It:
I really don't. this is the real problem.
i guess i love yoga.
How I Stay Motivated:
i'm in the process of trying to figure out what motivates me. certain songs get me pumped up, or at least pissed off enough to get out there and do it. visualizing my ideal body motivates me.

I hope you meet your goals. I can't tell you how worthwhile it is to lose the weight. Just picture yourself walking down the street, and having all heads turn, because you are so smokin hot.
Believe in your ability to make your fitness dreams come true. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone to be the best that you can be. You won’t believe the amazing changes your body will make or the speed at which they can occur. I wish you much success and all the best in ’08.
