How I Started:
I've always been really into sports. I played football when I was in high school. I was a wide reciever, but was plagued with injuries. I dislocated my shoulder 12 times over two years. Since high school sports are over. This is the next best thing.
Why I Love It:
Love being able to control my body size and weight.

I don't need motivation anymore. Its just a part of my life now.

Well i just arrived at college about 2 weeks ago and killed myself by drinking... i know terrible right? However, i'm starting a new workout plan that I think should work. Cutting down the drinking to pretty much nothing... or nothing. We'll see how it goes. Wish me luck!

what i do to keep motivated i think of markus ruhl he was like 120lbs when he started at 18 and in 11 years hes 270 when he cuts
That is great man, keep up the good work. Today is arms day, love arms day! lol. I am working on my nutrition too...I was noramlly eating so I could lose weight, so little calories everyday, but I think now that I get down in weight I am going to have to change my diet so that I can have the proper nutrition for muslce development.
Man I know what you mean, it is really difficult. I have a weird schedule sometimes and getting in the meals can be difficult. Hey well kep in touch man, maybe we can keep each other motivated and encouraged...and since we are new to this, I don't have to feel stupid when it comes to some of the things...lol. Good luck man!
Well man I am so new to all this that I am just learning things, a friend is going to help me with a workout plan. But so far I have just been trying to lose weight and I concentrate on a muscle group every day. (mon/chest and back) (tues/bis, tris, forearms) (wed/ legs) etc...I am trying to get in small meals 6 times a day but sometimes I just can't but lets see. How about you?
