Started in High School playing sports, and spent most of my free time in the weight room to get faster and stronger. Have been doing it off and on for the last 14 years.
Why I Love It:
I just like the feeling I have when I'm done working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'll keep that to my self for now.
BB Accomplishments:
1000lbs on the leg press
Forum Signature:
190lbs Looking to drop down to 175Lbs. If I like the way things look might even go down to 170Lbs
I want to get down to 170lbs and Try tp get under 10 percent body fat.
Goal (Long):
Stated 200lbs. I saw a picture of my self with out a shirt on and it made me sick. Then I found some old pictures of my when I was in HS I want to get my body look like that or better.
man--i can completely relate to your "winter is zapping my mojo" blog. we're close to the shortest day of the year and then it's summer countdown right? keep hitting it hard man.
Hmm....you would know best how to get it to 180. Is there food you can choose like OJ and some toast or something that doesn't affect a work out too bad but eat before hand?
My advice is forget all those energy drinks including that 5 hr energy. Your body doesn't need that. When you do it you spike and drop. Control your sugar intake and get your energy level stable. You'll feel better long term
Well, truth be told, it is almost impossible to get too muscular without extreme and concentrated effort. I have to scratch and fight for EVERY ounce of muscle. If you can do it without meaning to PLEASE divulge your secret!! LOL! Happy weekend!
I was a sprinter in high school and a pretty good one at that. My longest races were 400meters. That's my limit in terms of being competitive! That's O.K. I have other skills thank goodness! Keep working hard in the gym and pretty soon you'll be busting out of that Superman shirt!!
i feel the exact same way. i mean, if you treasure your work outs and then you have a partner you start to depend on them to be there and if they flake out on you then youre back to square one!
