Yea it is ducking cold today. Woke up and felt like some through a bucket of ice on me. The one good thing is the cold is helping my soreness.

My advice is forget all those energy drinks including that 5 hr energy. Your body doesn't need that. When you do it you spike and drop. Control your sugar intake and get your energy level stable. You'll feel better long term

Super pump 250. I think the problem was I went an hour before I started to work out. Your supposed to work out 30 minutes after consuming it.

Well, truth be told, it is almost impossible to get too muscular without extreme and concentrated effort. I have to scratch and fight for EVERY ounce of muscle. If you can do it without meaning to PLEASE divulge your secret!! LOL! Happy weekend!

I was a sprinter in high school and a pretty good one at that. My longest races were 400meters. That's my limit in terms of being competitive! That's O.K. I have other skills thank goodness! Keep working hard in the gym and pretty soon you'll be busting out of that Superman shirt!!
