Started in High School playing sports, and spent most of my free time in the weight room to get faster and stronger. Have been doing it off and on for the last 14 years.

macavely created a new BodyBlog entry "It has been a while ".
It has been a while since the last time I posted on here, but that is life. Work and other things have kept me super busy. Today I have some much need free time and I'll be able to hit the gym for more then 30 minutes. Which is good because I can let go of some of the stress that has been getting to me the last few weeks, but is for another blog (and or site ) .. I think today I will start a new routine at the gym. Not sure what I'll be doing, I'll just play it by ear when I get there..
