I started working out as a new years resolution in 2006, but after six months, i gained twenty pounds and changed my body. I feel in love with everything about fitness after that

I have a good friend thats just huge right now. He started lifted hard about two years ago and went from about 175lbs to 234lbs with just 10.8% body fat. He keeps me motivated

Workout Program:
Right now Im going through a bulking process where I do a cycle of Back Monday, Chest Tuesday, Arms Wednesday. The cycle repeats itself after those three days and finishes with legs on Sunday. My sets consist of a beginner week of 8,6,4,2. Week two is 3 sets of 5 reps. Week 3, is 5,4,3,2,1....
