oh wow, thats pretty awesome your a 68wm6! got any advice for a future 68w? and thanks for serving, stay safe. i also go to basic july 1st at fort jackson!

hey thanks for the advice, yeah im just eating slightly below maintainence and lifting hard, i want to gain muscle but i leave for army basic in about two months so i mainly am concentrating on my 2 mile run,pushups & situps..hopefully in basic ill eat lots & gain some muscle!

hey i got a question, you say its tough to keep your run times up for the PT test..i just joined the army and dont leave til july but im lookin to lose body fat, i maxed my PT test at the recruiting office to 314 and i want to maintain my good run especially, any advice on how you manage to maintain it while cutting? thanks in advance!
