How I Started:
I have always been active with sports, especially softball. Ive lifted weights before but not with consistency or only focusing on that. I also never realized how important diet was to the body. I dieted down from 140 to 120 and lost some muscle along the way so now after my army entry training gaining muscle is the goal. Also hoping to compete someday.
Why I Love It:
I love exercising, especially lifting heavy weights..it makes me feel strong. I also love eating clean and healthy to fuel my body and because it tastes good :D

Brush up on your Human A+P, take a CPR class. That should push you ahead a little. Just pay attention in class. If you are a note taker, take notes. Study!! That's my advice for AIT. For Army life, don't get married at AIT. You'll see tons of "couples" do it. I'm not even kidding. Stay out of trouble. At Basic, they're gonna yell at you, don't take it personal.

I'm in the Army. 68WM6, which is an LPN. I was a straight 68W for my first 3 years. One tour as that, and now this tour as a M6. Both to Iraq. When do you leave for basic training?
