thanx girl! yeah, that is a recent pic. but the lighting also plays a part, I gotta admit. wish my abs looked like that in "real" life... ;-) actually though I've lost quite a bit of weight, not only fat, but some muscle too. I used to be bigger... I'm afraid, looking at your progress, you might have caught up with me strength wise... wish you the best!

yeah, rockin it! ;-) some stats to impress you with: 500lbs leg press 15 reps. dumb. bench pr.: 70 lbs 8 reps shoulder dumbell pr.: 40lbs 10 reps woohooh! many greetings :-)

well, there's a reason why I don't put any leg-shots on the site. ;-) good luck getting those arms to 13.5. If your progress continues the way it did so far, won't be a problem for you. As for my arms, I think they don't look as good anymore as they used to in those last picture updates... but on the bright side: did 11 wide grip pullups today and leg pressed 220kg for 15 reps. woohooh! ;-)

sounds like a fair leg compromise ;-) also gotta work on my db. shoulder press, using 35s for 10 reps, that's it. but pretty happy with my wide grip pullups, doing 10 of those :-) but I'm not really getting stronger cause I don't really watch my diet, I'd have to eat a lot more to gain more...

ha! :-) but the leg press, yeah, that rings a bell. didn't look to good in comparison, did I? oh well. so what are you up to now? gaining mass or cutting?

yeah, well, I'm alright. private things kind of a mess these days, but oh well, guess that's life... training going alright though. squatting 150 for 12 reps, yeah! hope you're slightly impressed ;-)
