thats why I dont like squats. I only do on smith machine and Hack squat machine. If you want your quads to grow try drop setting with leg extension..its a total burn.
I guess Im gonna have to say cutting but keeping the muscle i have now. I like 'girly' muscles and Im pretty happy with what I have now - Im not looking to compete in figure or bodybuilding. But if i want abs showing Im gonna have to cut. no fun lol. Love your avi, great lighting, shows your definition
