How I Started:
I was tired of being so skinny and scrawny and i saw some of my friends starting to get results so i got into it too.
Why I Love It:
I love to see results as well as feel differences in strength and it makes you feel good as it does for everyone else.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing other people in my age group who are bigger than me and people saying that they see results.

Not much. Between my technical training here on base and working out, not much else gets done. I've managed some decent gains recently. I've started incorporating body weight exercises (wide grip chin ups, dips, pull ups, etc.) and interval running. I want to keep myself able to do 15+ of each and a 1.5 mile time of -10:30 no matter how big I get. Congratulations on your gains tho! Those are great numbers man. How about a weight update soon bro? ;)
