My Nutrition Philosophy View My Full Nutrition Philosophy

I load myself with protein for essentially every meal. Chicken breast, egg white beaters, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta/rice.

I load myself with protein for essentially every meal. Occasional cheat meal on Sundays. Start off mornings with oatmeal or cereal, followed by a portion of egg whites (beaters) if I am still hungry. I then will wait until lunch, and eat a sandwich including lean chicken or turkey meat and a slice of cheese with mustard on a thin 100 calorie whole wheat bun. I then take my vitamins with this meal, and wait approximately 45 minutes to take my pre-workout, ACG3. I proceed to the gym about 30 minutes later and am there 1.5-3 hours depending on how well my workout goes. Weekends vary depending on if I consumed alcohol the night before. Sunday I take off usually, and this is generally when I will have a cheat meal if at all for the week.

Going4Swole Yeah, sure Matt, I agree. Sounds like you got the diet/nutrition under control, and you're already lookin really jacked and lean. I say you'd be more than ready to compete in 2013, you should definitely go for it bro. I'd like to just keep gaining some mass but still be as lean and ripped like you.
