A few months after I joined a gym and started working out regularly.
Hit some plateus and got lazy at times from the first picture. Back on track now, goin off to college and hoping to gain the "freshman 15"

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Not exactly an injury but i've had some shoulder problems. I think it's from going to low while benching with a bar. I only use dumbells now.

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?

Thicker neck, chest and delts. Wider lats would really finish off the look of that upper body. Good progress and keep us posted. Andre

Solid muscle and definition already. Strong upper chest and pecs, solid arms and forearms and excellent abs already. That bod can really grow into some excellent physique. André
