Goal (Long):
I need to lose weight having gone from an active lifestyle including Wing Chun Kung Fu, Step-Aerobics, Circuit Training, Swimming and 'speed-walking' everywhere...to motherhood and snatched minutes of walking, lounge exercfises and housework...I want to get a realistic regime in place...and fail miserably! Badly in need of help...please nicely!
