dude, great stats!! squat is awesome for just starting man!! and your bench is great too.. how long you been training? dude.. your gonna be a monster after 6 months of squatting lmao. your other lifts are prbly gonna go up as well.. in a plateau?? start squattn'. haha good stuff man, good luck with your goals, best of luck to you man!

how you like that 2,3a etioallocholanol loll.. didn't do **** for me. i ran it for a month, and after 12 days started on 19-Nor, and that stuff did good things for me man. im gonna read your thread about you getting sick.

yeah n/p man, thats really weird, i thought it had something to do with that and was kindof wondering if it was a ghost pain type of thing or not.. like your body thinks theres something there still and radiates pain from the site.. prbly not though, take it easy buddy

thanks for the advice man, i had no idea you left me a comment jeeze, i think it was like 3 weeks ago too lol. uhm, yeah 5X5 is awesome i really like it, but i am looking forward to changn it up a bit.. my fiend did 20 rep squat and hes doing 265 X 20 haha its really really cool how much he gained off of it.. like 40-50 pounds as he was going up 10 pounds some days. Hey man, i was wondering what has helped oyu the most for your delts and forearms. maybe even tri's also. Do you do farmers walks perhaps, itts the most helpful things for grip and size, and i was considering doing them up stairs and on my tip toes for calves. thanks so much! Mike
