Why I Love It:
Its the best stress reliever that I know of, its healthy both mentally and physically. It has a positive impact on my life( school work gets put off sometimes but I look for any excuse not to do it so why not do something productive while I'm at it) and I am constantly gaining strength. It has created a fellowship amongst those that I have befriended through lifting.

thanks for the compliments buddy. dry socket is when the side of your mouth where the wisdom tooth was removed starts to feel sore like it hurts. It's not a big deal at all though. I just went back to the oral surgeon and he put some gel thing in my mouth and it was all gone in like 2 days after. just dont work out within 5 days after getting them yanked out. thats where i made my mistake
Good job on the progress with the 5x5!!! It really is a great time tested training method. The way I would work 20 rep squats into it..... Run the intermediate/linear 5x5 and do one 20 rep set on Friday in place of the back off set of 8. Start conservativly with that 20 rep set and add 5-10 pounds weekly. You should have no problems recovering for your Monday workout if you lay around and eat all weekend lol. Good luck.
sup bro, im actually released from the army now, dedicating all my time to my civilian job... and of course training :) Are you going to Thailand too? When? Where?
