Lean Gains Based program. 2920 calories on training days, 2800 on off days. PCF ~ 40/40/20
I am currently using a LeanGains/Intermeddiate fasting style diet.
Workout Days (4x a week) includes 2920 calories, 300 grams protein, 260 carbs and 75 fat.
Off days ( 3x a week) includes 2780 ish calories, 300 protein, 230 carbs, 75 fat.
Anything can be eaten, no restriction on food types, and i never eat before 2pm or after 10 pm, with the cutoff usually coming closer to 9-930pm. Everyday i eat either cheesecake, pizza, frozen yogurt, burgers fries. Anything goes as far as food types as long as it fits in my macros.
As of June 20th, I have been running this for 3.5 weeks and so far have gone from 253 lbs to 246.4 This while building strength in the 4 major lifts.
