I just finished up the 2013 $100,000 Transformation Contest. I made some good changes and learned a lot during this challenge. The main thing I learned is that it takes a lot (and I mean a lot lol) of food to really grow fast. I began this contest at 225 lbs and ended at 257 lbs. I am eating more then I ever thought I could. Roughly 5,000 calories a day broken down into four meals and three shakes a day. My diet plan is high protein, high carb and low to moderate fats. Mostly whole foods... Go to BodyBlog
