Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I bruised my tail bone once. It lasted for a couple weeks or so, but i did'nt miss a day in the gym.

In the two years i have been working out i've had probably 4 or 5 training partners.After a couple of weeks (or less) things seem to not work out.The main reason it's hard to find/keep one for me is work schedules (there's and mine).Also i live in a small town and i dont think there are many...

Training is going but not where it needs to be. I have stretched my time to thin. I am realizing the error and am making changes to get more gym time. How you doing?

I have only stayed in Grants Pass when on my way to California and have never had a chance to work out there but I see that you are making great progress and should be very proud. Keep gettin' after it!
