In the two years i have been working out i've had probably 4 or 5 training partners.After a couple of weeks (or less) things seem to not work out.The main reason it's hard to find/keep one for me is work schedules (there's and mine).Also i live in a small town and i dont think there are many...
Work the entire body twice a week (Abs everyday).
Chest/Back(Upper & Lower)/Traps/Neck on Monday & Thursday.
Shoulders/Thighs/Calves on Tuesday & Friday.
Biceps/Triceps/Forearms on Wednesday & Saturday.
Training is going but not where it needs to be. I have stretched my time to thin. I am realizing the error and am making changes to get more gym time. How you doing?

Broad shoulders, good arms and solid work on lats already. With those goals,(NEVER LOSE THAT DREAM) guess we'll be commenting here for quite a while yet. Stay motivated and keep updating site. Andre
