lmao MY diet?? I should be asking YOU that. But basically, when I'm dieting i tend to keep a very strict calorie count through a diet high in protein and only a certain amount of carbs. For me that's around 2200 calories total a day. As far as foods go, I try to keep clean with the foods and eat lots of chicken breasts, ground turkey, and tuna. what about you man? what do you do for the size?
