First of all oscar you look awsome! Latley i have been having very good workouts. I don't know if it's because of changes in my diet,or changes in my workout schedule. But they have been great. I hope to post pix really soon. Looks like your work out are going great! Keep up the great work!
cool. that's wussup. I just finished two comps myself, the Atlantic States and the Garden State. Gonna chill for a minute; trying to decide what my next move will be. I kinda want to move up to light heavyweight though, but I get the feeling it's a harder class than middleweight.
