Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): wood like to bench 600 one more time.
Goal (Long): Well I said I would like to bench 600 but i think I need to shoot a little higher.(To easy) 3 times body weight! Yes at 230LB Body weight bench 690lb. in a competition. Can i do this? YES!!!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 18%

Bench(2sets20) 135 warm up 4 sets 8,10 1set225x10 2set275x10 3set315x10 4set365+8to10 Iclinebench 4sets 8to10 275+ all 4 sets.flate bench dumbell press 4 sets 10to12 100x12 frist2 sets 120x10 3and4 set and if i fill like it 2 sets 20 pushups to pump up and get more blood pumping.

Went heavy on Chest and Bi's tonight 3 sets of all of them, get this: 20-25 reps of each. Hardcore is the better word to describe my workout tonight. haha.
