First of all,my husband is my motivator he did a competiton & just watching him go thru his diet,training & numerous cardios, made me want to try and that was IT! & I Got the Competition Bug!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good inside & outside, meeting my goals & the end results of your hard work & KEEPS ME YOUNG!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to COMPETE & the CHALLENGE it feeds my competitive spirit as i am able to focus on myself and do what is TRULY best for ME.
