I am so proud of all of you who are nearly finished with the contest. Everyone looks really good! I am still trying to get me work travel cut down so I can more fully pursue my fitness goals. I hope everyone has a great Easter Holiday with their friends and family.
I had gained back some of the weight I lost and am focusing on my eating habits and increasing my cardio. I have been on the road a lot this year and need to change my habits.
Hey, cutie, thanks for the blog support. You may think you'll be old when you finish, but I'm already old when I'm getting started!!! lol I'm just happy to get accepted into the program!
There is a young lady who is dynamically into powerlifting and you can view her website at
www.torqueenterprises.com and see if she has any tips or suggestions.
M'lady, thanks for the kind words, sorry about my slow res. Lately I'm not as much active as I want. You look so nice and are doing great!! Merry Xmas!! ;) -Kaz
Challenge yourself to be the best that you can be during each and every workout and believe in your own inner strength. I wish you all the best and look forward to seeing your continuing progress in ’08.
Thanks for the comment on my blog. It was quite an achievement for him. I hope scientists find an origin for it myself but I think it may involve some brain chemistry (personal opinion, no proof whatsoever.) Have a merry Christmas and a great 2008.
Travel can wreak havoc on diet and routine. Makes any gains you DO make all the more significant. I know eating clean is probably the most challenging. Whatever you gain, I look forward to your progress. Do you do any workouts on the road?
