How I Started:
I have always been active, but more when I was younger. Exercise has always been a part of my life as sporadic as it is. I can't stay away from working out because I love the way my body feels when I have had a good workout. My goals have changed now though. Instead of working out to feel good, I am working out to sculpt and change my body.
Why I Love It:
I love the "feel good endorphins" that flow through my body after a sweaty workout!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading other blogs and seeing their transformations.

Currently my gym is in the home, so I'm utilizing free weights, the step, and the stability ball.
Glad to see you are back at the gym and working out, I couldn't believe how much I miss it when I can't get a work out in. I know you will fine something that works for you....how the family thing going?

My workouts are going good, still on the 3-S program and making progress in either weight or reps on every workout, was going to do it for 8 weeks, on my 10th and will keep it up until I get quit making gains. Have a great week.
